You coukd not get a sun bed even though we went down at 5am people reserved them but never came back Restruants were very understaffed and food came out cold on several occasions Missy was helpful but clearly under pressure to sort the issues out, Slides great for kids activities good and inclusive of all, the tapenkkai restruants was fab as was angle the waiter in there.

Accosted in the Bar by Drunk Female who would not go away while we were trying to have a meeting. Staff did nothing to intervene.

I have stayed at this hotel before COVID and it's my favourite because the rooms are really good 👍 I stayed this time with my husband and found it really quiet and comfortable I recommend this

Their are many things to say about this hotel, like ahalf way house for instance very roudy another. But rough i think basically sums it up. We didnt stay we checked out after we had seen our rooms. They where clean though.

Having a refit which is needed. Staff were not particularly friendly and the company havent responded to an email requesting a receipt. Generally a tired hotel which doesn't welcome or recieve guests well

Hotel room clean and fresh. No daily domestic service or even roping up tea bags. Rooms not sound proof. Unable to sleep because of noise from next door and from corridor. If you are looking for a good night sleep, this is not the place

From outside, this property looks appealing to the eye but this perception soon changes as you walk through the reception door! It is like walking back in time and gives a feeling of unused! Back in the day, i can imagine this hotel was very grand but, sadly, it has been neglected over the years and the public areas are very shabby and in need of a good clean. However, the room itself was spacious and reasonably clean. After a long drive , i decided to take an early night, in bed for 9.15pm so you can imagine the horror of being rudely awakened around 10pm to somebody walking in my room, turning the light on and saying something to me! When i had time to realise what had actually happened, i was badly shaken and really afraid to go back to sleep. I decided to get dressed and go down to reception to report what had just happened. The receptionist was surprised to hear of my experience and accompanied me back to my room and explained nobody else should have access to my room and most likely it was the maintenence man entering, in error! Never have i experienced this ordeal before whilst staying in a hotel and needless to say, i hardly slept the rest of the night as i was so shaken up, despite putting an ironing board and my suitcase at the back of the door! I must add; there was no chain on the door or double lock which probably explains the reason the maintenance man was still able to gain entry. As a result of this upsetting experience, i wont be staying here again

We waited almost an hour in a big queue of people to check in and then left as we couldn't wait any longer. I understand the computer system was down but the staff didn't let anyone know.

Stinking of smoke in bedroom.
Arrived at hotel and was given or keys. Went to our room. Immediately we opened the door the smell of cigarettes was awful. Went in and the bathroom reeked of cigarettes smoke. Went back to reception asked for another room but was told the place was full. He did bring down an air freshener tin. But it was no good. It’s supposed to rain a non smoking hotel. The next day when we left we told the man on reception and a lady behind said hers was the same. The bathroom was worce because they go in there and put the expeller on.

Last time I stay here
Bathroom just recently replaced, shower hose is not long enough to stand under, water pressure is a joke so your standing against the taps. Bathroom was filthy. Bedroom decor is old. Telly is in the wrong place and can’t be moved. This was meant to be a superior double room!

Checked in to the room staff was very rude when we got to the room there was dirt all around the window mold at the window there was brown and green stuff on walls in bathroom the hallways were dirty rubbish laying about the WiFi even after paying for it was shocking there was like 4 channels on the tv the car park and road to hotel was pothole galore there was hammering and banging and drilling that started about 6am in morning was horrible would not recommend this hotel to anyone shocking standards and rude staff

Showers got upto luke warm at best and the matress springs were all over. There is also a giant pot hole in the car park that is unavoidable when driving out the exit. Hotel needs a lot of TLC

The water was freezing in my room for 3 nights had to have A shower in cold water . The kettle had mould inside the water . Day 3 someone was smoking and the fire alarm went of twice at 4 am then 5.45am pathetic as the staff was running about like headless chickens. Some of the staff can’t even understand basic English which was really annoying . No wfi unless you paid for it and the mobile phone signal Is shocking if you’re on ee. Try and aboid this place clearly not clean enough I wouldn’t even say this was a 3 star I would give it close to 2 stars . The building it self stunning and the views are amazing.

No shower
Only had a bath and no shower when description suad shower in bathroom. Wall light not working and cleaber knocks on door at 8 to ask wgat time we were leaving. Gentleman on reception was apologetic and offered us free breakfast or 10% refund. Dorrs being slammed in the night not the hotels fault but maybe closers on them to stop it happening

Very dated hotel . Tap not giving hot water heating isn’t enough room was freezing . No soap or hand wash in rooms. Cleanliness wasn’t great. Definitely wouldn’t stay again .

No hot water, mould in the rooms, furniture falling to bits, no toilet roll, bitten by god knows what insects, unhelpful staff but worst of all, my vehicle and numerous others broken into with damage caused which made me have the leave the hotel a night early with no compensation for the wasted night, the break ins are apparently a regular occurrence so something needs to be sorted out.
