"If I could I would give this place more stars than what is allowed. One of my favorite places that we stayed at while in the UK. I can not say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. How welcoming and wonderful the staff is. Can’t thank them enough for the warm hospitality. "

Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options.
The only thing we found was the toaster took a while to toast the bread. The staff were again very pleasant and the food was served hot and quickly.
There is a nice bar and area, also there is a lovely outside seating tovtake in the view.
The only negative niggle was the beautiful views from our room was slightly spoilt because the windows needed cleaning.
Otherwise its a great hotel, lovely beach, play area for children, ideal for walkers.
Definitely recommend this hotel.

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Views over Windermere are amazing. The car park can be a tight squeeze for larger cars. The premises features a very large pub on the ground floor, which is used for a great breakfast for guests. Reception desk for hotel guests is in the bar. The bedroom was very well appointed, clean and spacious. The only issue that I had was that the staff were a little inattentive... Unnecessary waits to be served, tables in restaurant/bar area were not cleared quickly, not much in the way of a warm, friendly welcome."
