"The hotel is ideally situated - while not being in an immediately picturesque location, its proximity to the M6, A66 and Penrith North Lakes railway station make it the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Lake District in one direction and Yorkshire in the other. The staff are excellent, particularly in the FYR restaurant: friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is equally impressive and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. "

"We had such a fantastic stay at Pine Lake Resort in Carnforth. The setting is absolutely beautiful – waking up to views over the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. The lodges were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Travelling with two toddlers, we were really impressed with how family-friendly the resort is. The little ones loved the kiddy play area and there was plenty to keep them entertained throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities on-site (including the pool, restaurant, and activities) made it a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. It’s also a great base for exploring the Lake District and Yorkshire dales which what we did.
