No safe handle inside the bath tub, installation of which will help to avoid slippery especially for the elderly. Reception staff are professional and are very helpful, impressive indeed.

When asked where one could charge up a hybrid, they have no idea and send you on a wild goose chase. I am not understanding why EV charging stations are not provided in the parking garage on the hotel site. At least know where there are working EV charging stations that are available in town. Staff are generally nonchalant in attitude. I don’t care to be told first thing in the morning that I need to get credit placed before I get breakfast. I don’t feel I need as big a breakfast as charged for with buffet type breakfast and the breakfast is not that good. I would rather pay A la carte anyway. So, take my credit card number upon check in and allow me to pay for what I want when I want and lose the attitude. I’m paying the big bucks just to stay at your hotel. I also do not need a lot of discussion about rooms available. I was early and quite willing to wait for the room requested.

Lovely hotel, comfy beds, had everything needed for a nights stay. Beautiful bathroom! Hotel stay were very friendly and accommodating. Only downside are the beds arent really big enough for 2 people.

Very few hotels in a city as busy and noisy day-round as Oxford are as quiet as this one. The location is an easy walk to both the vibrant town center and train station. The rooms are spacious (unusual these days) and very well-kept. Breakfast was great (Marriott should try to emulate this feature in US).

Excellent location, great service at the bar and a lovely clean room with a very comfy bed! The only annoying part for us was being put in a room on the lower ground floor and Sunday room service for breakfast was too busy to book. Also, expensive parking due to the central location. Other than that, we loved it!!
