Hotels with Air Conditioning in Bukit Merah

I fell in love with the hotel once I saw the interior. Those lifts and the color tone of the hotel interior, the view upwards and downwards from my room! Reception staff were professional but not friendly...that was sad...room was old classic...could do wit some touch ups...swimming pool was so-so... very comfy bed! breakfast was nice...overall my 1 nite of freedom with my hubby without my two little monsters was great!

Very convenient to MRT station and nearby have good food

excellent

From the minute i step in around 8pm , the front desk person was very polite, and we were very interested to upgrade our room to a more elegant rooms displayed. The front desk personnel were kind enuf to show us those rooms that are available physically, and allows us to choose which is to our likings. The only setbacks is that there is no chiller, wardrobe and clothes hanger in the room. The toilet are quite small too. Apart from those setbacks, We were very satisfied with the bed, quite...

Great prices. Staff is great. Desmond is great.

3rd time back for Staycation...Four Seasons never disappoint us. Thank you

Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours....

The suite was very clean and the area was huge! We booked a night at the family suite for our dog’s birthday and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! In particular Khristy was patient in guiding us through our entire stay. She even provided us a cake to celebrate the birthday. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would love to come back.

The outdoor pool isn’t large than I thought…and full of children…

Excellent Service. Beautiful room. Great minibars

Staff is friendly and the room services is fast.inly trade off is that it is not near the attraction

Every staff member I met was courteous, friendly and approachable. On the evening of my arrival, I returned from dinner to find my room beautifully tidied. I truly appreciated this thoughtful attention to detail. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making my stay so memorable.
