"I checked in went to the room, went back to reception and told them I couldn’t stay as the room was horrible, they said they would return my money but I need to contact Expedia to inform them and have my money returned. Do not stay here, don’t waste your money."

"The room was clean, but the bathroom was small and inconvenient. The water from the shower was overflowing onto the toilet floor. Parking was inconvenient. We had to take 2 different lifts to go from car park to reception. It was challenging to find the parking as well since there was no designated spot for hotel guests. We also had to validate our parking ticket everyday even though they said they had recording our plate number in the system, except for the last day. The staffs at the reception was not helpful and provides different information each time we asked. The staff also didn’t want to listen to our question / concern properly. This was the worst customer service experience that I ever had from the hotel staffs."
