We know that lots of our guests stay with us because we are an adult retreat with a minimum age of 12 years and they keep coming back. Hello Anonymous and thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on our cleaning standards and the amenities we provide for such a low price compared to other B&B in the region. Our budget room is connected to another room which you can close off to reduce the noise issue. We intend to amalgamate these two rooms to one large studio to alleviate this issue. We will loose two of our budget rooms for our more price conscious travellers but a large studio will suit others wanting more than a one night stay. The walls are in fact double brick so this should work well. And sometimes we do have guests who do not consider that they are staying in accommodation with other guests. All in all good value for money and a high standard provided for the price paid. Many thanks and kindest regards Pete and Suzanne

And all at a very affordable price. We are a bit confused about your comment about the no chairs as all our rooms have two chairs or more with some having sofas or a lounge suite as you can see in the room pictures.
