Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. "The check in process was brutal. Our suitcases were sent ahead of us and placed in the room. Our room was ready but they wanted money to get in the room before 2. It was 1pm and our luggage was in the room. Then when we came back there was a number process to get in with a huge lineup. Obviously cause no one would pay to get into a very expensive room early. "
