"The hotel is clean, close to Big Ben in England and the London Eye. There are a few gift shops on a somewhat dirty street under the tunnel where the car park is situated, but you can also find shops on your way to Big Ben. A Starbucks is near the hotel as you head toward the London Eye. The hotel does have restaurants on the premises; however, there are no other dining options nearby. Overall, we received excellent service from most of the hotel staff, although we encountered a few individuals who seemed less enthusiastic and unwilling to help on a particular day. We had shower door issues, but they were fixed immediately. We requested the key for the terrace and got it as soon as they could bring it up, but the gentleman did not explain anything, just asked me to sign for the key and figure things out myself. "

"A lovely second stay for us. Easy and friendly check in and an ideal location for all Londons attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the terrace and will definitely return "

"Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!"

"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "
