The health of our guests is of utmost importance to us; we have a HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) program that guarantees food and safety quality on our premises. Our system is monitored by international agencies and ensures that all procedures are in place. Sometimes when a guest travels abroad, many factors can contribute to developing an illness, such as weather and temperature variations, food combinations, oils and seasonings, combined beverages, excessive sun exposure, allergic reactions, and excursions off property, among others.Your feedback has been shared with the executive committee and taken very seriously. Rest assured we are taking them as a point of focus to reinforce and take measures to provide the proper care and follow-up.
