Loved the price for the location you're staying in. Unfortunately windows aren't that tight so if someone was yelling on the street in the middle of the night or partying you'd wake up. Nothing ear plugs can't fix though. Friendly staff and good food. Was fantastic!

Cool stay
I arrived late because of a train delay and was still nicely welcomed. Penthouse was great. Breakfast included was nice to start the day along with smiles from the day staff.

You'll do well to find better value in CT. Clean, comfortable and walking distance to most attractions. Good restaurant at GF level. Very impressed. I've stayed here many times and will stay again.

I've booked this Hotel 5 times. Great value, location is brilliant. At night, Long Street and Waterfront are lively. There are prowlers the locality but nothing the hotel can do about that. It's a great hotel, good value, goid breakfast and they go the extra mile. Do no expect 'views', a large comfortable room on walking distance to most attractions with good breakfast. If I had negatives, the lack of a suspended ceiling for esthetics does little to hear noise from shower above and piles of linen in stairwell looked unsightly but I'm guessing most folk use the lift. I'll definately stay again.

The intersection of Long and Castle isn't the safest, so I would advise against walking back to the hotel at too late an hour; grab a cab, even if it's just a few blocks. Room 403 has a ventilation issue: cigarette smoke from a lower unit was getting into our room. Our bathroom sink and shower drain weren't draining properly, but that only happened on our last night and didn't affect our visit.

The bathroom was stinking as their was some kind of blockage in the drainage. Besides, elevator was not working for 3 out of 4 days of our stay. We were on 4th floor and managed to climbed the stairs but just imagine if the guest are not in position to climb the stairs.

Cape Town Best Kept Hotel Secret
This was an AMAZING choice of stay for Cape Town. You're within 18 minutues walking to the V&A Waterfront, and not even 2 minutes walking from the City Sightseeing Tour Office on Long Street which is essentially the gateway to the Red Bus tours thru the city. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is the best I've ever seen in any hotel for the price paid - a true, special value!

Almost Perfect
Central location for visitors, excellent service and value. Room recently renovated with a modern city loft design. Air con, sat TV, kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee all great. Cooked to order breakfast or continental buffet, served by lovely friendly staff. Only missed out on 5 stars as Internet was flakey and off line for sometime.

The best place to live in Cape Town
I would recommend InnsCape with no hesitation!!! The hotel facilities were as described online and included everything you need. The location is excellent - very close to restaurants, art galleries and taxi is always available. The best factor of my experience in InnsCape (and I stayed for 10 days) was the staff. All people working there (from reception to cooks and people serving breakfast) were lovely, very helpful, cheerful and they always made you feel safe and welcome. I wish them all the best and I would be definitely going back!

Overall it was good. Breakfast has a lot of varieties, hotel is very central. What i didn't like: - i was sitting on the 1st floor and if you keep your window open you will smell the cigarettes as people smoke just in front of the building. (same thing in the morning when they cook omelette) - they use air pressure water as there is drought in Cape Town which is good because they save water but not good if you want for example to brush your teeth.

New Property, Great Location
It is in a great part of town, very near everything. The breakfast is quite good, staff friendly. It is a brand new hotel and the industrial style decor is fitting and attractive. The only issue is the wifi that has to be logged onto every 25 minutes which sounds reasonable but is amazingly disruptive when you are on a conference call or working online at the time.

There was no stay!!! Hotel is under construction.
Not sure what to stay. Obviously they didn't finish their construction before booking people. Not a good way to start. A bit disturbing to walk into a place with a bunch of construction workers sawing and hammering away giving you the evil eye... and having to ask around to get someone to look for somebody from the hotel to come deal with you. We didn't have any hiccups with the other hotel and they guy that came out to help us didn't cause us any flack. They just arranged for a driver from the other hotel to come get us. The other hotel was curteous and didn't try to charge us extra or anything. It wasn't too far away so it worked out okay but this just wasn't cool. They could have given us a call for crying out loud.

A construction site!
Booked this place about 3 weeks before I left Ireland, when we arrived, with my friend, who travelled 2 days from the US West coast no less, we found a construction site. the hotel rep in charge arranged for us to stay at another hotel.......my complaint here is pretty obvious, how can this site, including the hotel owners, put rooms up for sale, that are non existent. Very underhanded indeed. My first time to write a hotel review like this.......hope its my last. Sure, you can have hiccups here and there travelling in various Countries, but this kind of behaviour is a no-no! Having said that, Cape Town is a great place, and I'd go back there again. Rant over.
