"My stay was great and the reception staff, especially Karen, were helpful and clear. However, I encountered two issues: there was no prior mention of a deposit or the policy that keeps balconies locked for solo guests. I chose this luxury hotel for my birthday and upgraded to a high-floor river view as a treat, so being unable to access the balcony was a letdown. "We had a one night stay and we really liked the hotel. Price was great for the location close to airport. The staff were really friendly, easy checkin. Breakfast is in the restaurant at the fronting the hotel. It’s basic but fresh. Eggs, fruit, toast, nice coffee and a selection of Thai food. Bed was comfy. Aircon worked well. Pool looked nice.
