The toilet door in my room was faulty during the 3rd day of my stay but the hotel handled the situation well and changed my room to the same level so it’s easier for me to move. The location is good, it’s near the metro, nearby with big malls , food and all. Awesome!

Great location, there are bars and restaurants just less than 3 mins walk away. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Short stroll to nearby shopping street as well. Will stay here again in Shanghai.

Room was comfortable for 3, staff was responsive for extra pillow and blanket, topping up water bottles, bath essentials daily. Bath very clean. Aircon, ironing board with steamer iron, in room kettle and complimentary tea bags, toilet kits.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Really got nothing to complain about. The area was bustling with new amenities, quieter from the bund area. Even though travelling around will take some time but its ok for a relaxing stay.
