"A great hotel but if u want a nice quite hotel it’s not for u it’s extremely busy and loud it’s more very similar to a hard rock hotel so very fresh but crazy, vip lounge is great apart from they said u get canopies well nuts r not canopies very disappointed with that bit but the drinks was great .. room was nice we had a king suite was on the corner of oxford street so was really noisey in the middle of the night it was like the window was open but it wasn’t .. its next to Marble Arch so great place if u want shopping . "

"We had a very good experience. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very good, wifi available, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with toiletries that smelled divine. We stayed there for an overnight flight and would have already booked it again for our next trip."
