"The whole experience was fantastic but it all started with the outstanding desk staff that did our check in who happened to be the same person that checked us out. Room was not ready when we first arrived, and the staff were very remorseful but quite informative as to why the room was not They gave us free drink vouchers to help overcome any grief The room and the condition of the hotel was really pleasant and the bed and overall comfort was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family "

"New hotel so top marks for cleanliness. The rooms are well thought out for the space allocated with adequate amenities such as slippers, ironing board, safe toiletries and sewing kit (no bathrobes). The fire alarm does get tripped ALOT, not sure if it's because it's a new building. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our 4 night stay "
