"The hotel was very well located, a few minutes walk from the subway station, Nanjing Road- East and to Nanjing Road shopping area. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice and efficient.Breakfast was good. The only concern was the wifi was very slow. Otherwise it was a perfect stay."

"Stay here for excellent hotel staff - Melanie, Zora, Sharon, and the whole team really elevate this hotel vs competitors. The location is super cool and there's a fun area right across with shops, restaurants, a couple of craft beer places, and a cocktail bar, all in front of the mall.
