"Let me preface this by saying that the staff are great. However the hotel has so many issues to bring it up to a suitable standard and the architects and designers have made many oversights No room safe. The Bathtub far too deep for anyone elderly or those with mobility issues. I can already see injuries will occur in these and there are no bars to help you out. Nowhere in the room to put your suitcase. Frosted glass door to the bathroom = lack of privacy if there are 2 people. Bottled water...
