I’d say ‘don’t underestimate this property’…. Yes, it could do with some maintenance and it’s not busy, but we have ended up staying for almost 2 weeks…. The staff, the breakfasts, the pools and the room (6th floor facing the gardens, pools and sea) make this such a great place to stay. And we love that we can get a taxi quickly into the thick of Da Nang’s restaurants etc. Here, again, staff make it just happen! Love this place! Thanks!

Rooms were lovely and big, though no hot water in the mornings for showers even though we complained 3 times. Breakfast was lovely and great selection, staff were very friendly, overall place needs some serious work done to update it.

Horrible resort. Super run down
Super run down resort. Over rated on the website. Only a 1 star instead of 5. Pools are danger with sharp edges from broken tiles and full of algae. No services from pool or beach side. Only 1 restaurant is opened. 1 bar is somewhat functional. Weeds through out of the facility. Looks like a ghost house!! Stay away!!!

Olalani has had its best days, resort is very old. It can use some renovations. Our airco didn’t worked properly. Definitely not worth 5 stars!

No service or standards
Beautiful resort until you look at the details and service. Resort has so much potential to be a 5 star. 3 bed/3 bath villa had no robes, hotel slipper, safety box, King size bed will twin pillows, shower smelled horrible, told not to use the kitchen appliances, no balcony furniture, mildew in the closets, drapes had stains and seen better days, sofa was filthy, used flip flops were left for us to use, no safety locks inside of the main door, room keys were given WITH hotel room number on them (safety issue), not 1 manager was seen thru our entire stay, employee's were paying attention to their Facebook or mobile phones at the beach, pool, restaurants etc. Truly disappointing as this resort could be amazing with some emphasis of service standards. The only great here besides the grounds was the WiFi.

Nice hotel by the beach with 3 pools
We liked the big pool. The water was cold though and sadly the lazy river wasn’t really a lazy river. You couldn’t flood in it and every day at 5 the closed the big pool and you could only use a smaller pool till 6 pm. Overall it was a really nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms were big and they gave us an extra bed for my kids. I wished the people there would speak better English. Most of times they didn’t understood what we wanted.

I was not at all impressed by this resort. The check in process was fairly smooth, and the resort itself is nice. The spa was relaxing and the pool area was nice. The room we were given was large, but the bathroom was gross. The tub was dirty, the bathroom mirror was peeling and there was mold everywhere. There was rarely hot water and there a few times where the hot water didn’t even turn on, all that came out was air. The last evening we were there someone told the front desk they were locked out of their room and gave them my room number. The staff tried letting them into our room (thankfully had the latch closed) and then left the door ajar all night when they couldn’t get in. The hotel had copies of our passports so I am not sure why they didn’t check Ids before trying to open the door.

Disappointing for the price
I had to change rooms 4 times before I found one that didn't have an over powering smell of moulde. The hotel staff we reluctant to assist me and treated me as if I was seeking a free upgrade. I brought my girlfriend to the hotel during the day who lives locally (Vietnamese) and refused to let her into the hotel and treated her as if she was an escort. The hotel terms and conditions are not listed on their website to plan for this. Overall very disappointing for a self rated 5 star USG $200 per night hotel. Never again

Great hotel in good location
Hotel is good and I got upgrade to a 2 bedroom condo, there is a laundry room so is really nice for me to stay and keep my clothing washed everyday. open kitchen is well facilitated, stove, microwave; fridge...Overall is nice and comfort, definitely I will stay there in the next vacation in Da Nang!

Very quiet
The service and personnel were very good. The room was nice just a little out dated. The pool was nice as you were not allowed to swim in the ocean because of tides. Overall everything was good except the location. There is nothing as far as entertainment or restaurants anywhere close to the hotel.

Good Hotel; Great Staff
The property is showing signs of wear and tear but teh staff are friendly, the rooms (we stayed in a 2-Bed Condo) are clean and tidy. Good beds, shower and facilities. The breakfasts were substantial and the pool and grounds well-kept.

Great hotel. Huge room with a couch area and great view of beach. Hotel was fairly empty which I actually enjoyed. Quiet and easy to relax without others around to distract. Only downside was the surf was too dangerous for us to enter the water and the entire area around the beach was eerily quiet. Not a single person was in the water for miles in either direction.

Great resort !
Everything was great. We were upgraded to a better view room on the 4th floor. The place is great! There is also a "KIDS PLAYGROUND". We also rode jet for $20. The bar had 1 plus 1 for beers. Food was good. Front desk manager was great. Vietnamese man with glasses.

Our family loved every single minute of our stay. The front desk manager (youngman with glasses) was perhaps the best front desk manager. He is always concerned about guest's wellbeing, and is super friendly.

Cosy hotel by the beautiful beach. Breakfast is so-so, and the staff are friendly. Only complaint is that the location is pretty far away from the city center (like all the other beach resorts). Have to take a cab in and out of the hotel to go to the city, (USD5-8) each way. However, if you intend to drop by Hoi An, the hotel's location is actually along the main route in that direction, so you'll save some distance traveling.

Very nice but boring.
Too quite for my wife and I! Pool bars were closed for the first week of or stay, no music playing anywhere and then I put a bad review on trip advisor and then all of a sudden one of the pool bar opened from about 10am until 2pm and the lobby started having some elevator music playing. The management sent us fruit and wine to our room and than a letter with a free dinner, a free half day tour and free massages at the spa. Obviously they saw the review and were trying to pacify us.

저는 아주 좋았어요. 가격 대비 제가 바라던 리조트의 전형적인 모습이었어요. 직원들은 친절하고 불편함이 없었어요. 특히 수영장이 좋았어요. 로비나 식당이 어둡다는 것은 좀 별로지만요.
