"Quirky place inside but great staff and good rooms. Very well located with parking right across the road. Easy walk to Barangaroo and there is a metro station really close as well. Been there before and will return for any city stays."
"Excellent property, spacious rooms, nice pillows, fab amenities including pool, spa, sauna and gym. Great location to walk around town, plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment (cinema, Timezone etc) options. Would definitely stay again!"

"Good sized room, great view of the harbour. We were only there for 1 night so didn’t see much of the hotel but great location for Darling Harbour and Sydney ICC. "
"Need to have more accessible power points in the room, particularly by the bedside as most people use their phone as an alarm clock these days, and it’s annoying to have to leap out of bed and across the room to turn it off. "
"Centrally located, friendly staff, great breakfast, trendy restaurant on site. There is no room wifi and the wifi can get a little slow during busy periods if you are planning to rely on it for work. "
"What a stay we had. We could not fault anything at the Shangri La.
Be sure to head to Blu Bar for a drink at sunset. It will not disappoint. Our room was fantastic, the staff went above and beyond.
