"Only stayed for one night as a flying visit to London. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was pleasant and efficient. All of the staff encountered during my brief stay were well trained, polite and very professional in their interactions with hotel guests. The room was clean, well organised and well furnished. The bathroom was fine. The shower over the bathtub was a bit dated but perfectly adequate and unlike some modern hotel showers, easy to operate. The hotel location is excellent for transport links, shopping and restaurants. For the price, a great value hotel and one that I will certainly stay at again."

Because the guest never made it to check in on the first day (due to being in hospital) the second day was cancelled as a 'no show' on the first evening even though it had been paid for in advance and they arrived on the second day after an arduous period in hospital only to be told no room booked.... far from impressed. "
