"Stunning hotel and located well for business and pleasure. Big Ben is on full view from the front of the hotel and is only a brisk walk across Westminster bridge. Great food options and the English breakfast was delicious. My only gripe was the huge face of a woman on the wardrobe doors in my room. You certainly get a shock when you turn over during the night and see her peeping at you in the dark!!!"

"Excellent location. I had a twin bed room and it was small but had everything you need. Water was instantly hot (which isn't always a given) and there was a safe and extra blanket in the room. Only issue is the elevators are painfully slow. One day I had to wait over 5 minutes for one to show on my floor. A lot of people using the stairs but they are not well marked and are very twisty."

"It is in a good location and seems tobe popular with large groups of American Tourists. It has decent facilities and a bar and restaurant Chino Latino that is a cut above the average hotel Coffee Shop. Menu is a โpoor mans Nobuโ. Should have at least one more bar. And the rooms are ok but looking rather tired."

"Breakfast was very good. Staff very polite. Sadly ran out of body wash on first shower. Very noisy throughout early hours of morning as door outside our room kept banging with people coming and going. Booked as a four adult room and was given just three cups and glasses."
