A sure way to ruin your holiday is by staying here. Property does not disclose that along with swimming pool - the gym and spa are also unavailable and under construction. Received #930 with dirty bathroom. Called housekeeping to clean - due to which they chose to not clean room for remaining days stay. It was difficult to brush teeth with rusted black sink holes. Room had un-stocked supplies. Called housekeeping many times and requested tea bags - not delivered. One night chose to have dinner in room, person delivering could not find CC filed at front desk and would not let us eat unless the bill was immediately paid. He harassed, interrogated us (since we were behaving so simple, speaking hindi and with respect to the staff and not acting flashy as people living in India with their colonial mindset are always trying to speak English to appear superior and trying too hard to be fashionista to prove fake riches) on how we could be living abroad (despite front desk having our foreign passport/OCI). He came twice with wrong charging machine for AMEX card. How does this management find all the judgemental slum dwellers to work at this Hyatt hotel? Every area of this hotel (Kitchen, waiters, front desk, housekeeping) has staff that is below standards. BOYCOTT THIS HOTEL. ITS A LOW SCALE FACILITY TO PLEASE LOW SCALE GUESTS CLUELESS ON WHAT TOP BRAND HOTELS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE.

3 requests for the tub to be cleaned no one came then i was told there was rust and thats just how the tub was. They said theyd switch my room but didnt then they said they would comp my dinner but didnt i had to fight for someone to explain to me how to dial for ab outbound call only to find out they themselves dont know how to dial outside and then i was told the phone wasnt working. I booked for 48 hrs stayed 28 and it wasnt worth the price. Not hyatt quality def. Not hyatt customer service. Who trained these people? Go back to the drawing board. Wouldnt stay there again at all

WORST OF ANY HYATT BRAND HOTEL THAT'S SEVERAL YEARS AWAY FROM BEING FIXED. NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms are same broken down they have been for past few years, bathrooms have IRON RUSTED old decayed fixtures. Awful moist musty stench in rooms. Dirty curtains falling apart. None of the rooms are renovated in any way, DO NOT TRUST THEIR PHOTO-SHOPPE MARKETING PHOTOS. Only entrance lobby and the one restaurant have been rebuilt. Upgraded room are no different besides being on a higher floor with a bath tub cramped into small bathroom space. Inferior staff. Gave us room that was already pre-occupied. Next room #928 was in nonworking condition with a nonworking phone, nonworking ac, broken trash cans with lids that don't open, a broken side light, a lose toilet seat had to be fixed at 4am when used, missing room items. Housekeeping are not attentive to keeping rooms clean or stocked. Breakfast buffet horrible with minimal items. Made to order eggs & dosa stand left unattended and/or food delivered with delays. Mismanaged waiters and mismanaging manager just walk around pretending to be busy ignoring guests. Beverages are not self serve. Non working bread toaster had guests facing danger of pulling their toast out of the electrical toaster with metal tongs. Despite expense card filed with front desk for several days stay expenses, kitchen staff could not find it on multiple occasions - harassed, talked down to us & followed us to the room for immediate cash payments

This hotel shouldn't be Hyatt. The hotel AC didn't work, TV didn't work, the bar didn't have single malt. I have never have this experience in any Hyatt.

Exceptional staff ,especially at the restaurant. food is very good ( it had nearly exclusively Indian dishes )though not of same standard as Shangri La or Maurya (of course cost is lower too).The hotel is significantly improved over the past 3 to 4 years, yet there were really silly design mistakes in rooms .The Shower had no glass door and even though the shower and bathtub were very good ,large amount of water spilled onto the bathroom floor along it easy to slip and injure oneself ( needs a partial glass barrier for half the side , that will be aesthetic and solve the problem and save the hotel a lot more expensive repairs down the line and liability too if someone slips and injures themselves ). Inability of hotel staff to arrange any Taxicab service did cause minor challenges and lack of a true quality concierge was surprising . Gym was usual ,nothing special and the swimming pool was under construction. Lobby area is markedly better now and the invest there is clearly visible. There is really no outdoor nice area where one can sit peacefully and right outside the property is the very busy large Metro/ |Subway station and sighhhhh -----People of Delhi love to throw trash all over and right outside the hotel feels like a dump( so sad ) This hotel mostly caters to people visiting population around may be 10 km of Tilak Nagar area ,for the rest it makes no sense .The sheer traffic can take 1 hour or more to navigate a greater distance than that around this area .

Prime location, but not a any privacy or security, no body ask for id any one knocks your room door without your permission Need more staff and security this hotel I give only 2 star this hotel , I hope they improve in future, so far is only 2 star not a 5 star
