From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year. "The corridor was unclean, with visible signs of neglect. Cockroaches and other pests were present in the area. The overall standard of cleanliness does not meet the expectations for a three-star establishment, let alone a five-star facility."
