Staff Mandie was excellent, she was able to get our two year old into a full swim session. It meant so much to us as she was only there for one night and all she wanted to do was swim. "Yes, internet was fast, the suit was just a comfortable room for max 2 people. Not a real suit! No bathtub, just a shower with not water pressure, only rain shower. If you are renting a suit with kitchenette, you expect to also have paper towels! Overall the room was very clean!"

"The room was ok, it smelled musty a the floor was damp under the carpet in some spots. It rained the whole time we were there and the window was leaking and soaked the area rug upstairs. The best part of staying at the Fox is the hot pool"

"Hotel was ideal for our needs. location and view from our room, of Niagara Falls was unsurpassed. But $50 a day to park our car leaves a really bad taste! Apparently most of the hotels close to the Falls charge this and more."

We planned chill mom-daughter night but there were no robes in the room. Amazon Prime would not load. Door would not unlock. Overall, not at seamless as I was hoping for for a high-end hotel. "
