"What can I say.... everyone and everything was amazing at the Riu!! Food was amazing. Entertainment all day long. The Riu entertainment crew was absolutely amazing. They interact with you your entire stay whether its sitting talking to you at the neach or lobby does not matter. Bartenders were very nice and made good drinks at any bar you go to. Kitchen crew and wait staff very pleasent and attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beach is perfect. Thank you Riu for your amazing crew from beginning to end. We will be back!!"

"The workers were fantastic and really cater to you. Love the morning worker Priscilla and night staff Jayinel, and how can I forget the front desk worker Sheldon! Hands down one of the best experiences. I see a lot of mix reviews about riu but I say give it a try. I will be back. This resort is a party resort but also has a chill vibe if needed. If you want to party book riu Montego Bay or reggae. Riu palace is more on the chill vibe."
