"The proximity to the harbour could not be closer! Good location. The room was small but clean. The area near the sliding door had a table, 2 chairs and 2 foot stools. It felt very cramped. We spent Aus$977 for 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels for the 2nd day and tea bags, 4 tea bags were provided. It seemed a bit paltry. The reason given was to be environmentally friendly. "Helgoland accomodation is generally very expensive. Though this was a bit cheaper it was definitely not worth it. It is a basement apartment with very little privacy. It gets very hot and there is no AC or fan. The room was extremely small. Barely enough for two people. For checkin you have to take it from the unterland. I came up and then realized so. The message was sent before hand but i missed it. There was no reception at the hotel. The tv was not working. I was told that mini bar is free...

"Die Bettdecken waren für das 2 Personenbett viel zugroß. Das Toilettenbecken ist viel zutief .es war ffür kinder bis 6 jahre geeignet. uns wurde aber durch die Gäste hilfe mit einer Erhöhung geholfen.Allerdings nur gegen ein Entgeld. "
