"The room was indeed spotless and everyone was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. We arrived at 8 am (many hours till our check in time), but the staff were kind enough to let us check in early. The room was spacious and they payed attention to detail, there was a scale (which can be used to weight your bags), there was a sewing kit too, prayer mat, a sign pointing where the qibla was. What I’m trying to say is that they payed attention to small details which I absolutely love. The distance from haram is literally 5 mins walk. Would definitely recommend it!"

"Lovely location and staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms were well equipped and had everything needed. Beds were very comfortable. Special shout out to Chef Kadi and Chef Ahmed who were very accommodating to the allergies in my family and kept us safe and cared for :) All the staff were caring, friendly, and helpful. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get in touch with the hotel via email or telephone. I forgot something at the hotel and called over 20 times without any response. There was also no response via email. I also called the Hilton global number, but the agent from the call centre was also unable to get in contact with the hotel. "
