"Everything was ok. Only thing I highly recommend a hotel like this is to mount their safe to the wall. Safe is not attached and I couldn’t leave anything in it. Breakfast could be more creative. Had to pay 200sar extra to stay another 4 hours because of my delayed flight. "

"Breakfast area wasn’t large enough seemed understaffed. Manager or Supervisor seemed unapproachable and didn’t open up the door on time. Maybe add some different meat to buffet it was the same every day. 4 stars"

"Overall, our stay was positive, though unfortunately impacted by persistent noise from neighboring guests. Despite several complaints and reminders through hotel management, the situation did not improve, which affected our ability to rest properly. That said, we remain deeply grateful for the blessing of being near the Holy Haram. The unfortunate circumstances of the noise ultimately allowed for more time spent in the Haram, and we hope that any patience exercised will be rewarded by Allah. We sincerely pray that the hotel management’s efforts to enforce the quiet hours policy and maintain a peaceful environment will be successful and rewarded, as they are serving the honored guests of Ar-Rahman. May Allah place barakah in your service and forgive our shortcomings."

"They did not provide me any breakfast. I did ask what is the reason? No answer . So my advice to travelers to make sure while doing the reservation , what is the services you will get and have a copy of it ."
