My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed.
There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. So if 1 person is in the shower, another outside can’t get ready, esp for...

We are large family with 4 young boys and the staff where really great with them. We had connecting rooms and they were on the large side. The buffet is best for breakfast and lunch - the dinner was a bit pricey. The second night we went to the connecting mall and had hawker food which was great. We went to the water park next door - tickets were on a high side when the water park is a bit dated but the kids had a wonderful day there. We will be definitely coming back.

I've been to PD several times, and this was the best stay so far. We stayed at the hotel with a few friends and their families. Adults and children were kept equally and happily occupied with tons of activities like sea sports, pools of varying heights, play rooms, etc. The hotel is also very near to a go-karting compound as well as the town - there are so many activities to choose from.
