"This is one of the nicest places i have ever stayed in. The two lady's that run own this inn are soooo nice and welcoming. The breakfast they made every morning were the best tasting breakfast's ever. I absolutely loved the history tour as well. The room was so clean, and the bed was very, very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding and plenty of hot water. I loved hanging out drinking coffee in the very comfortable sun room and there are plenty of dining and adult beverage options within walking distance of the inn. "

"Our accommodation was in the "Crow's Nest" on the 2nd floor. It's quaint, and has a cottage look and feel. Comfy and relaxing. The view of Penobscot Bay is great! Bedroom and living area are spacious. There's a microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and toaster. Bathroom is a bit cramped, and the latch on the bathroom door needs repair. A very minor inconvenience! The innkeeper, Dorothee, is wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed and she was easy to contact."

"What a magical place! From the moment Mary introduced us to the property we could feel our cares evaporating! MJ and Matt made us feel like family! We were so well cared for! The scrumptious breakfasts, the afternoon sweets and the cozy fire in the library/bar were fabulous! This is truly a luxury inn!"

"I liked that it was affordable for a nice room in a safe area. I was very comfortable staying there and it was especially quiet which I really liked. If I needed anything the handyman/manager was a text away. They were very responsive, accommodating and also very nice. I really enjoyed my stay there. "
