"Amazing! It was a great way to be welcomed when arriving to Delhi. The graciously picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night. The whole staff was amazing. The coffee and masala chai was lovely, food is delicious breakfast and dinner. They were super helpful in giving me 6directions (metro) is really close so that is a HUGE plus. I definitely recommend "

"Location was so good but.the hotel receptionist are not aware about my booking and has allowed a small room . Since it was mid night , I checked with him about this issue but he has stated that this is only available room for online booking. I stayed in the small room for a night but the next day when I joined for free breakfast they told it I’d not in my booking. "I had booked this hotel for a weeks stay. However i was forced to leave after one night as hygene and facilities were so awful. I shall seek a refund as this Hotel should never have been offered, and was clearly not properly rated."
