"The hotel had no information about my reservation and sent me away to another inferior hotel nearby. I came back the next day to see a manager and a helpful staff member sorted it out. In general. helpful staff. Poor on menu items shown to be offered to the american visitors. For example, they had no jam to go on the bread toast for breakfast. The waiter was disrespectful. Instead of placing tomato soup properly on my table, almost threw on my table, that also not in front of me but far away...
