"Fraud, liars and charters...that's the best i could say about this hotel. My booking was for Hotel Regent Intercontinental but upon arrival they put me to Hotel regent continental which is a run down hotel for the same hotel chain. The room was not cleaned, it had the garbage in the draws and with heavy smoke odor and they claim it's all non-smoking room. I called the house keeping to clean the room and spray the air freshener. My booking was for a king bed but was given 2 single bed join...

"The staff were friendly for the most part, however, there is a major miscommunication with the room service team. I can speak their language but they seem to not understand basic instructions. Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly.
