"The excellent location of the property compensates for the relatively smaller room sizes. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with a lot of choices and good quality of food. The hotel lobby and other areas are tastefully decorated with Italian marble, statues and ceiling paintings. The hotel is very popular - it was full. Need to improve washroom cleanliness to make it equivalent to global standards. The hotel's system did not pick up that we had paid for the dinner buffets via our Expedia reservation; however, after discussing and the hotel manager checking, it was OK. Please increase size of your storage room for guest luggage."
