"Pool was amazing!"

"I stayed a few times at Eros during my recent India trip. We had a couple of rooms the first time around for a night and then 1 room for a couple of nights. The first time we didn't have issues. All went well. Second time around, the room we got I to had issues with the shower where the shower temp kept swinging from hot to cold and vice versa and the issues with the inroom telephone. The AC also wasn't working properly. The staff promptly got us moved to a new room. The second room had issues with drainage. Had to get the washroom sink unclothed first and then the bathtub drain. Whatever seeped out from the clogged drain was disgusting and the smell was just terrible. They offered to move us again but we didn't. They cleaned the place and sprayed air freshner to counter the smell. This is not something you expect from a 5 star property that comes at a premium price tag. There wasn't even any regret on the part of management for such a shoddy experience. I came back to Eros because I had stayed at the property a few years back with my family on my last India trip and the experience had stayed with me. I was quiet disappointed the second time arnd."

"We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."

"A calm space in a riotous town. Only flaw were the overly sensitive beds - even small movements by your partner will be felt!"

"The hotel benefits from a fairly good location; however, it is somewhat isolated, with no nearby shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. Due to that, guests are largely dependent on the hotel’s in-house dining options or in-room dining services. Unfortunately, the pricing reflects this lack of external alternatives and feels excessively high- for instance, a simple cup of tea was priced at 700 via in-room dining. On one occasion, when I ordered food through Swiggy, the staff requested my room number before allowing the delivery inside the premises, which seemed unnecessary and somewhat intrusive. The bathroom facilities could also use improvement. Despite the shower door being closed, water tended to leak out onto the bathroom floor, indicating poor design or maintenance. During check-in, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a newly renovated room; however, the room did not feel noticeably different or upgraded in any meaningful way. This gave the impression that the “upgrade” was more of a gesture than a tangible enhancement. On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the checkout experience was acceptable, though not particularly noteworthy."
