Hotels with WiFi in Dhoby Ghaut

clean room, excellent staff and great amenities

I was quite satisfied with my stay. The location is great given that it is a stone’s throw away from all the fancy malls and restaurants in Orchard. It is also right beside a train station whenever I need to go anywhere further. I think this is probably the most convenient and affordable hotel you can find in the orchard area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and I really liked their comfortable quality beddings, there is even a self-service laundry machine available at the...

Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours....

This is an excellent place I have stayed in Singapore. The service was great including breakfast, refreshment and dinner. All staff have serviced mind. The area is very convenient for shopping and going around to the tourist spots! Will definitely stay again and highly recommended to others.

Super friendly and helpful staff; close to main shopping area

The staff were all very helpful and prompt to attend to our requests

I cannot express how thankful I am to the V Hotel team. My luggage was damaged and they came to my rescue. Mr Benson came with a temporary luggage that i could use. I was so relieved. He was so thoughtful. Their team with danny and sayid gave extra effort to make sure i was settled. Thank you so much!

First look from the outside, looks old, but looks classy on the inside when arrive at lobby. Suite room is somewhat abit smaller compared to other hotels, clean and well tidied, down side is abit dusty in room as partner is sensitive to dust. Room looks renovated, but sofa is so old and dirty to the looks, please look into it. Breakfast spread at cafe is very little and salty to taste, kind of disappointing. Friendly staff with a smile. Had parking issues upon check-out, hotel should have more...
