"Really liked having a balcony and loved the pool. I thought it was a fab, unique idea of having the pool depth be shorter than most adults (and probably tall kids) so there was no real danger of accidents. The staff wasn't a positive variable- they need more training on how to address people from different cultures! The exception was a lovely person named Jasmine. She was very professional as well as friendly! I booked the hotel with Expedia, which has a deceptive photo of buffet - there was nothing healthy about the breakfast so I skipped it for the other 3 days. "

"this is an excellent 5 star hotel with a great location and and over all very good amenities and offerings. the real gem however is the staff that make you feel like you have a true home away from home. i spent a week in the care of the team and the guys and girls that greet you and help you as you come in and out of the hotel are fantastic. their help was priceless to me and i am grateful for the kindness and hospitality they showed me. "No lobby, check in on higher level. Room small with little storage. Nice big tv but two English channels. Steak lunch was excellent and only $25 with soup and dessert. Room lighting on the wall far from the bed and one switch for all lights except bathroom. Share tripping hazard at bathroom. "
