"The property was clean and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint we had was the remotes for the TVs were terrible but we didn't go to watch tv. The pool was great and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. "

"I do not for the life of me know why this hotel got an 8.2/10. Unless you don't mind the furniture that looks like it came from the 1950's and got lit on fire. The shower had no water pressure and the top sprayer part wasn't spraying water. The middle section looked like there was mold and itbwas so outdated. The outside of thr shower looked like mold around the botto of the door and the floor. The toilet was so close to the floor that everytime i went to use it I was surprised i kept going down and didnt land on the floor. The newest things in the room were the mattresses and bedding. They only served coffee in the lounge area. So no continental breakfast. So again why does this place rate at 8.2/10? I would not book here again. "

"I booked a 2 bedroom with a bigger king room paid for lake view went to the room and it was dirty had a awful smell like some dead fish.i went back to the front desk to change rooms they then gave me another 2 bedroom and i asked before i left if i was the same type of room i booked with a lake view.Receptionist said yes i went to the room and it was smaller and a tree was blocking the view. This room also the shower was nasty and waterbugs like crazy also the washer was nasty had hair in and a mold smell just like the dish washer .The beds were so hard. I went back diwn and said im need the price difference on the room the manager said it is a difference but it is when i booked also paid extra for a lake view tbh i need my money back or even half because this was the worse resort i ever stayed at. Manager said he cant do anything about that.on top of everything when i booked it said nothing about the water park lazy river and yellow and green slide was closed so we didn't enjoy the experience and the food was trash definitely overpriced. Dont recommend to no one."
