"This hotel should be re-named to guesthouse or motel. It seems to be a very family owned type of business and everyone is so unprofessional. They are friendly, but just not professional. First of all they could not find my booking through their system, and did not speak a word of English. I had a hard time communicating with them so I had to facetime my brother overseas to translate for me. The lights in the lobby were turned off so it looked very dark and dingy.
