"Good overall experience. Just a couple of downsides, the room we had was hot with the air conditioning not quite working well enough, room service was not very efficient. You had to use the hotel app but payments weren’t getting processed successfully and when I tried calling reception the phone just rings out with no answer. The hotel is quite busy so that’s maybe a reason. On the positive, the breakfast was good with decent options all round. The food at the restaurant was also quite nice. The general ambiance of the hotel is also very pleasant. I’ll stay again surely. "

"I have little good to say about my stay. It was during my birthday and I thaught it would be pleasant. Once I checked I was informed of last minute modifications. My double room was changed to disabled. The best thing about it was leaving it that night as there were hairs all over the bed and linen was not cleaned properly. I had to be changed two rooms since it had the same issue. Staff were kind but I felt forgotten about the second night. I was provided a free breakfast but I felt I deserved a better room as I got a downgraded one(a bed with less hairs.)"

"Was close to Canary Wharf, beds were comfy, staff were friendly. But, parking fee was obscene even with the discount code, the room was shabby, and the main thing was our AC wasn’t working, we were given keys to 2 other rooms none of which were working. The only thing they did was let us have an extra room for free, as we were 3 adults sharing, so at least we managed to spread out. But it was still so hot we had to sleep with the windows open, and the it was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Ruined the next day to be honest as we were all so tired. "
