"I am not hard to please at all. And I love a good all inclusive. This place fell short for me in a few big areas. Mostly, the food was not good, the public restrooms were really gross, and the night entertainment was really poorly done. 1. Food - not good. Three of people I was with had diarrhea 1-2 days at some point during the trip. Service was sometimes not too friendly. Avoid the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. The only thing that was great were their pastries/desserts. Whoever is doing the baking there is amazing! Coffee bar was good and staff were friendly there. 2. Service - Average. Bartenders were mostly nice. Drinks were good. Cleaning services were good. Our room was cleaned very well every day. 3. Night entertainment - horrible. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Just the same people from the day activities doing the same dancing over and over again. 4. Room - really clean and everything was comfy. Nice pool/ocean view and a very nice large balcony. The room was the only really excellent thing. 5. Public restrooms - so gross. The ones by the pool smelled like sewage every day. Need updating badly. 6. Beach - good. Enough chairs on the beach. Lots of shade or sun, whichever you prefer. 7. Pools - good. Nice choice of pools. There was a swim up bar pool that was fun, a quieter pool for days we wanted a more relaxed feel, and a rooftop infinity pool that was really cool. "

"It’s a nice property but need a lot training and maybe new staff specially department where they use golf carts to transport people . very long lines for dinner at the buffet. A lot of things did not work in my room. Like( hot .fridge.phone in the room) "

"Place is beautiful. Beach not so much. I couldnt swim out. Too many boats racing back and forth. Hotels entertainment was about a 3. The water park for the kids is at the entrance, the walk was too long for the kids. Its away from everything. Had to ask for room cleaning service. "

"The check in and check out process was disorganized and extremely long. Staff easily distracted away from their duties. Really really dislikes porters more interested in taking your baggage away from me before check in process began and didn't convey politely what they were doing. First morning required to attend a 90 minute presentation to sell us vacation share. Will not go again."

"Unfortunately, my arrival didn’t go as planned so I missed my first night’s stay in a beachfront hotel in Las Terrenas 🌊. This hotel was the only place I could find at the very last second. I only interacted with the gentleman at the front desk and he was OK. Not particularly friendly. Do not stay here if you’re looking to be near the beautiful beaches. My room was completely “corporate” and stale with zero evidence of being on a stunning tropical island. "
