"Great room peaceful and clean "

"Fantastic location and hotel but if a twin bed option was available with sofa bed for family room that would be so much better. Very expensive to stay is another downfall "

"Rooms are ok, but according to brand it’s not. They should considering putting fresh carpets because in some areas it was smelly. "

"Breakfast was amazing! Staff was so polite and helpful and pleasant to talk to too. Great stay and so close and convenient to everythjnv. My best stay on a 2 week trip! "

"I think I got unlucky with the room is all. Air con didn’t work, no shampoo, not very clean, big stain on a wall, hairdryer sounded dangerous and was in dire need of replacing and the phone wasn’t answered when I tried o report and get help. Hotel was fully booked due to The Greatest Showman press night that I was attending and working at so I guess everyone was busy. "

"Hotel was lovely modern but with an old school twist. Pianist in the bar, silverware on the breakfast tables and impeccable service by the wonderful staff. Enjoyed our stay, lovely waterfront position. Great food in the river Grille and fabulous cocktails on Ricks. "
