On the surface, when first getting into the APT I was impressed. The Guest Experience Maker Mr. Khamol was very professional and friendly. Here is when it went sour, after Mr. Khamol left we all sat down in the living room to relax before unpacking..the T.V. could not pull a signal..so we called Mr. Khamol and he sent up his assistant who got the T.V. to work but we couldn't change channels or anything...found out the batteries were dead in the remote. But it was feeling a little cramp in the living room so I went to go to the Master bedroom to watch T.V. but then realised there is no T.V. in the master bedroom...in a 3 bedroom apt there was only 1 T.V. Ok. fine...I decided to log into the wifi internet maybe watch some netflix from my personal device instead....That was a NoGo as well. The wifi only seems to work in the living room and not the whole APT. So pretty much we were held hostage to the living room for any personal entertainment in uncomfortable plastic dining room chairs. Then my children started to freak out after the first day as they saw a couple of huge bugs crept up on them from the couch. After that i was ready to go. But the personnel was nice. it was walking distance to Dubai Mall which was a plus, but I won't be staying again...will go back to my usual hotel when I visit Dubai.
