Its a standard living apartment, lounge/dining area 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suites plus a separate w/c. Also a decent sized kitchen with the all the basic utensils and appliances. Condition and space wise the apartment ticked all the boxes. But I wasn't impressed with the service from the staff, as they don't have a front desk you can only communicate via WhatsApp. On the first day the water heater for both bathrooms was leaking so it was turned off and we had no hot water so were unable to take hot showers. I comunicated to the staff via WhatsApp but would get a reply back after a few hours. I had to resort to using the showers on the rooftop next to the swimming pool. 2 days before leaving the water heater was switched on and we was able to use the shower. It could have been fixed but was a big job and would take around 5 hours. I did request to be moved to another room but received no response. Service was poor from the staff but what do you expect for the price of stay and no front desk.
Location was OK, about 10mins walk to the Dubai Mall.
