Just an overall poor experience. The room was clean but very simple. The staff are inexperienced and lost our bags on check in. I was charged twice for the room and had to spend time to rectify the mistake by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel twice. I was promised a refund both verbally and in writing on WhatsApp (the message was later deleted). The hotel management refuses to refund the second stay. I must also mention that the breakfast buffet is probably the worst I had in years in both choice and quality

This place pretend to be upscale beach-front hotel. But after one night stand there I should share my own experience. Room: Despite it's BEACH hotel - room is pretty small, balcony is extrimellly small and doens't have any handle to dry swimwear after beach. It's ridiculouse. Bath area is very small. There is no handle or hooks for towels, there is even no door to divide bath area and common area. Despite it's room for 2 in bathroom I found only 1 tooth brush. But my general disapointment is breakfast. Despite night price hotel provide very limited vatiouse of food. But most annoing is big bowl with butter which just chopped by cubes and dropped in common bowl. And bowl with sugar. I really don't understand why ALL guest should take one spoon to take sugar from shared bowl. And yes, despite you stay in upscale hotel they even can't give you tea spoon, instead of that you'll get stik like you visit deli on gas station. It's most herrinle experience ever.

Nice hotel but not for families with kids...
Great hotel for its location near West Beach and room views but not so great for families with kids. No ramp for strollers when you go out from the hotel. You get access to the beach for free and sunbeds are very comfortable but you have to get there early. A bit ridiculous and embarrassing for Dubai standards that they are checking bags at the entrance on the beach as apparently you are not even allowed with water from their own hotel. No access to the rooftop pool unless you pay a fee. Also it was my husband's birthday and I have informed them in advance but he didn't even receive a card. It seems that the standards are getting lower in Dubai. In previous years service was excellent but now I can see that is no longer the case and everything is more expensive.

Really impressed!
Beautiful hotel with great restaurants. We went to the Esco-bar and the black flamingo. Black flamingo salmon, truffle mash, corn, California roll and chicken tenders were amazing! Our favourite was Esco-bar as it had more choice, we had steak and prawn quesadillas a few times as they tasted so good! The Nachos were delicious too and very big! The lemon calamari was yummy too! The aircon was quite slow and took a long time to cool the room down. We like to sleep in quite a cool room and so the first night was a bit warm for us but we mentioned to the staff and they explained that it can take a while so we put it on early the next night and was fine from then. We used the pool for a few hours on the last day which was a really nice area. We didn’t end up using the rooftop pool, gym or spa. We had a corner view room which had great views! The hotel has a really nice chill vibe and was super clean and fresh!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The Wane Beach Club is directly across the hotel with full access, many bars and restaurants around as well Lovely scenery and the hotel is very close to the Dubai Mall, like 15 min drive with no traffic. Only bad thing was the room had a funny smell and we had to change rooms

Me and my husband travelled for 8days to Dubai during the May bank holiday period. The hotel facilities was very clean and new as you see from the pictures. There is a 2-3min walk across to the beach (the beach is beautiful). The beach staff near the sun beds were unhelpful and would probably state there was never enough sun beds past 9am as they had all been “claimed” by this point if you were late down. Typically trying to order a drink can take half hour to get to you even though there is a beach bar. Receptionist at the start of the holiday was asked for transport links instantly was told taxis are cheaper and easier to get to once place to another. This was incorrect the west beach area can get extremely busy the traffic is ridiculous and the meter on the government taxis doesn’t half sky rocket even when in standstill traffic, after speaking to other members of staff we found that there was a monorail which is 5-7min walk away from the hotel (Al Itihad) which can take you near to the main tram line (dubai marina) to connect to the Metro - Sobha Realty which is the main red line on the Shaykh Zayd Road to access all the malls including the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Hasan we met at the start of the holiday was polite and helped us with our suitcases, gave us information on where the places were to visit in dubai. Super helpful!

a fantastic place, excellent, friendly and useful staff (they let us check in at 8am for free even if regular check in is at 3pm), extraordinary views from our room at the 5th floor, great beach, sand, sea - all super clean and super safe (like all Dubai), perfect location for parties, clubbing, night life (West Beach just outside the hotel); great buffet breakfast! great pool!
