"Not to bad room was decent pool was only open for a couple hours which was a little odd being it’s already hot out there. Being charged 20 a day for parking while staying in the hotel is diabolical. And having to pay $26 to go up the top of the stratosphere is just highway robbery especially when you’re staying there. I mean at least one trip up for staying at their hotel. "

"A few issues. Check in was on line and so complicated had to get help several times. Towels in room substandard and had no hand towels. Major dirt behind furniture. The "pool area" was not operational even though it was advertised as open. When we tried to get a taxi to get to the airport, had to wait a half hour for the bell hop to be able to get a taxi to actually come there. Costs at stores and restaurants were phenomenally high, but that seems par for the course in Vegas."

"This is a stunning hotel. First time there and loved our rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were always just a text away and very helpful. So many choices on restaurants and stores that you don't even have to leave the hotel!"

"Check in room assigned not cleaned moved us to second room same tesults not cleaned. Finally they found room ready and comped 100 in food as nd mini refrig...with elevator 74 ards away..not great for 81 yr old..parking required very long walk..probably will not stay again.."
