"A little difficult to find if you are walking, but the owner was lovely, and went out of his way to help me and my friend. The hotel itself was very comfortable, good wifi and a comfortable shared space."

"We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door."

"Great onsen - just the hot springs are worth staying there. The hotel itself is slightly outdated and may need some touch up work, but it looks very traditional and very clean. They won't let you into the hotel without taking your shoes and providing sleepers (which are too small for one of us). Everyone in the hotel is extremely polite."
