Stayed in the hotel for total of 7 nights. Overall great hotel for meals as it is near walking distance to the outdoor malls and in the streets. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Howeve, I found crumbs on the table and carpet on some days. The housekeeping did not do a thorough job. Also I had some issues with deposit refunds. I have checked out on 6 Oct 2024. But I have not gotten my deposit back. Hope the management will look into this and expedite my refund.

Staff and service are wonderful. Very knowledgable of the area and other info that I needed (transport, postage). A very short walk to the beach. Amenities fee for each day supplies beach neccessities (chair, towel, umbrella, bag). Breakfast is so-so (not a fan of the cold egg or powdered egg). I love the freedom to use the lounge area. Easy access to the nearby eateries (Blue Ocean, Maguro Poke Bowl). Room facilities are a bit run-down (broken cabinet door, no room slippers, overworked aircon...

It’s fantastic to be at Hyatt and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The ocean view from our room is spectacular and I couldn’t forget the view even until I’m back home from holiday. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Hyatt Regency is huge and the place is very clean. Staff are kind, polite and nice. However during 4-6pm is a peak period at the lift lobby and we often have to wait very long to get up/down. However, the pool is very small and is not ideal for proper swim. It’s at best for guest to...

Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach

Waikiki

10/10 Excellent

The building is relatively new, with a Japanese-inspired interior. The room had a small bathtub and a bidet, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping can be done daily or once every four days, and bed sheets are normally changed every four days, but they will change them upon request. I appreciated having this choice as a guest. Tess was in charge of our floor, and she did a great job keeping the room very clean. The pool area includes a small kids’ pool and a shallow foot-washing pool, and there is...
