"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The property was very affordable, close to everything (tube and walking) and very clean. While it wasn't 5000 thread count sheets or fancy rooms, it wasn't advertised as such. Bed was comfortable and perfect for someone staying who knows they won't be in their room very much. Staff was awesome!"
