"Me and my friends stayed for a couple nights and were so pleased with our room. The executive room was perfect as we could enter late at night without interrupting anyone, had a kitchen with coffee maker and fridge, and a fan to survive the heatwave. The host was easy to contact and we were greeted on arrival by Rodika who was lovely. Will definitely be opting to stay here again."

"Comfortable stay. The room had spectacular views of Tower Bridge however was in need of modernisation. Shower head attachment was falling off the wall and difficult to operate. The bedside light flickered on and off. Cabinet draws did not fit back properly when opened. These were all minor problems that we lived with for the two nights we were there, however do need attention if the Hotel wants to class itself as four star rated and justify the price paid. Overall though we enjoyed our time at the Tower Hotel despite a 5.30 fire alarm!"
