"really stunning beautiful place , your in your own little world there and the clean and care put into the rooms is spectacular! However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. "2nd time staying - just as good. Staff are excellent, location is very convenient for underground and parking is fully secure. Room was clean, everything worked and breakfast great. "

"Just had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Swiss Cottage hotel.
Our room was fabulous, clean, high ceilings, loads of room to move about and everything you need as if you were at home.
The staff were great, a big shout out to Erika, Beatria and Tashala on reception for being so friendly and making our stay a memorable one.
Staff in the breakfast room were also amazing and worked so hard.
Breakfast itself was the best hotel breakfast we have had.
We stayed 2 nights for concerts at the Roundhouse, so easy to get to the venue and around London. The underground a few steps from the hotel and bus stops are around the corner.
We felt very safe here and everything was on the doorstep.
We can't praise this hotel and the staff enough, we will be back.
